"It's great to be able to get a nice bowl of pho up north. The salad rolls were amazing as well. The staff are super friendly. I would definitely go back and support this little business."

"They posted a sign at the door of it. The restaurant was sold out, they had no room for walkin. It was short of them telling you go away. Lol. The storenot very well stocked. UnlessThey had a very busy day of passengers from the cruise ship, they did have an assortment of fish and etc. in the frozen section. I really can’t so much because I didn’t get to experience much."

"Came in for a quick lunch. Ordered the chow mein lunch special. Tasted OK. Nothing special. Chow mein a little bland tasting. Good personable service. The soups seemed to be pretty popular. Good place but would try another item next time."

"We were looking forward to the cowpuccino’s coffee house, as many of this caffe have been warmed or recommended. we ordered, as it rained out there and it was about 10 degrees cold a chocolate and a cafe latte. both drinks were not good from taste. I had to leave the chocolate unfortunately (innocent.) the tables, chairs and the floor in the local were dirty, the staff (students) probably did not care about the cleanliness. Conclusion: the cowpuccino’s coffee house was a disappointment. only 2 points."

"Walking through thee Cow Bay tourist district, we came across this cafe and were charmed when we learnt that it had been in business since 1934. It is now owned by a Vietnamese family and serves traditional seafood as well as some Vietnamese specialties. The prices were reasonable for this tourist area, and the clam chowder was especially tasty. We would definitely go back."

"Good portions for the price in comparison to other sushi places in town. Ordered a toro roll and a poke bowl without rice (shown in picture). Poke bowl was a bit too sweet for my liking, but at least the fish was fresh enough. Gotta be careful when ordering because rice with the poke bowl was an extra $4! Spent a total of around $25 for both and left fairly satisfied, but don't expect to be stuffed afterwards if you come here starving unless you're willing to blow a lot of money.Service was a bit slow and the server messed up my order, but they fixed it at no cost to me. Cozy atmosphere. Would've liked to eat at a patio table but it was raining pretty hard outside.Saw that they have daily $3 mimosas from 3pm 5pm, so I'll definitely be back to try those!"

"We were staying very close by, and we ate at Breakers twice. The first time they were busy and staff was stressed, so the food took a bit longer to come out, but was worth the wait. We got the same server the second time, and she is delightful. Our dinner this time arrived promptly and was again excellent. The outdoor seating was closed for the season, but the view through the large windows was still lovely. The interior is welcoming, and we were seated promptly. We definitely recommend Breakers."
