"Was a long wait, but the food was sooooo worth it. Delicious, flavourful and a good selection of meals for every appetite. Maple curry penne was without a doubt the best thing I've tried in a long time, though I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken Ceasar wrap. Who knew honey garlic chicken paired with Ceasar dressing would be the next best thing?! Yum"

"The food tasted hours old, shriveled up chicken nuggets, cold hard fries. The burger was the only thing that was warm and I am fully aware BK microwaves them so surely that is why. The order came out lightning fast; that was a dead give away they were serving up only already made items and nothing fresh. There was no one in the dining room and no one else in the drive-thru, so it was likely sitting for a while.Management, you should be ashamed of what was served to my family and more concerned for the health of your customers. The hot food items are allowed to be prepared and held in the heat trays for a specified amount of time per BK standards, but these items were without a doubt well over that amount of time. Retrain your staff, and if it was yourselves working, perhaps consider selling your franchise to someone who cares."

"We were in this location a few weekends ago on a Sunday afternoon and wanted to order subs. There was nobody working behind the Quiznos counter, but a young woman walked right by us and into the Employee/Staff Only door. Within a few seconds, the lights were turned off and the guy working the Irving side happened to see us and went through the same door to investigate. When he re-emerged, we were told that the Quiznos employee was on a break. I 'm not sure why she chose not to serve us first...the entire store was quite quiet and I 'm sure she could have had her break afterwards. We emailed our concerns through the Quiznos website and didn 't even get the courtesy of a reply. This is what causes Brands to die."
