What Gilbert Wiegand likes about A Taste Of Memphis:
I?m torn. This place has the best barbecue ribs I?ve had. I?ve made a point to stop here every time I pass through Princeton as I travel south from near Cleveland. This particular Saturday around 6 pm, they were out of ribs!!! The pulled pork with lots of barbecue sauce was good, but nothing like what was on my mind on the 500 plus mile drive there.
