Probably the best sushi in the Princeton area right alongside roots. When a place makes an amazing salmon avocado roll it makes me happy, this place makes me happy. They also have some fun crazy rolls. My current favorites are the Samurai roll and the dragon roll. The calamari and rock shrimp are also pretty great. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable. I 've been ordering here for years but I feel the quality has taken a turn for the worse. The spicy tuna barely had tuna in it. I 'd say it was 75% crunch flakes, 25% tuna and slathered in way too much spicy mayo. I ordered another specialty roll and it was also drowning in the crunchy flakes and spicy mayo. This has been my go-to sushi place since moving to the area! Always follow the instructions i add and smart packaging. The spicy tuna roll is delicious and fresh, miso soup is some of the best i've had at a price and fried rice is great! I've ordered this exact meal about 5 times and every single time it is delicious and fresh.
Everything was excellent. go with the popular items. only recommendation is do away with the soy sauce packets. do small containers.
Unagi don was generous and tasty, and I'm a Unagi fan and order it often. Salad and ginger dressing were another highlight. Definitely on the higher quality end of sushi. Will order there again.
