I have placed an online order consisting of a buffalo crispy chicken sandwich and a buffalo battle and curly fries. my wife went to pick up the order and brought a sandwich to the house that looks like that. burnt and barely edible, no sauces, no ranch that should come with the order. fries soggy, but I can understand that it was an order not to go fresh.
