"Found the Cowboy Coffee through a local brochure so decided to give it a try, glad we did. It opens early which was a bonus for us. Had a scone, yogurt parfait and tea, which was served in a pot with a cup and saucer, loved it. Scone was fresh, flakey and yummie, as was the yogurt parfait. On the walls is the most interesting art work, old vinyl 33 records with half of each record carved into different sculptures. My husband said the coffee was just the way he likes it, strong. We will remember the Cowboy Coffee for breakfast when in the area again."

"We have frequented the local Subway often, partly because it is located in our neighbourhood and partly because the menu is pretty good. My wife is fond of the soups where I am more into sandwiches. We both are very supportive of the addition of...flat breads which has kept us coming back. I popped in this Saturday for a fast take-out sandwich just before noon hour not expecting to get in and out quickly as this location tends to fill up quickly at peak times. However, when that happens staff is efficient enough to keep everything moving quickly to prevent long delays. On my stop I was the only person there. My order was taken, filled, packaged and paid for in what seemed like a single motion. The sandwich was great and we will be back again. Thank you!"

"Happened through Princeton the other day. I saw the sign on the way into town and that's where we ended up for lunch. The only downer for our visit was the power going out (all over town). The staff was very accommodating, offering to make us what they could. The power returned and we had an excellent lunch. Good food, great atmosphere, great staff, and amazing clean bathrooms with change tables in both! Highly recommend this restaurant to any and all."
