What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's M4 West:
Had sausage and egg muffin meal with iced coffee frappe.. after a couple of hours I got the worst form of gastro and also a really bad stach pain. Lasted over 12 hours missed my soccer match. McDonald's do better this is unacceptable, customers should be getting sick with an illness after eating your food View all feedback.
This place looks permanently closed. All signages have been removed.
It was shut with fencing around when I attended on 19th April 2024. Nothing on google maps to indicate this Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
