Ice machine was broken, soda was flat, customers and employees were arguing, the wrong dipping sauce was given, and to top it off my wife and I got sick after eating the food. View all feedback.

The wings and stripes were great. The Pommes were so salty that we couldn't eat them. It was not worth driving back to replace them so disappointed by the part of our meal. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we waited for our order.
Actually ordered via Uber eats from this location. I received my food and my bag was opened, sticker torn and ripped, food missing from bag/order. I contacted Uber eats, no response yet. I waited an hour for my food to be delivered. Imagine the frustration. I decided to go to the location and see if they'll correct the order. I didn't think they would but they did and were quick. It's football Sunday and I was in and out.
Raw! I'm pretty sure this was raw, I called to complain.. got put on hold for 10 mins. Super annoying experience.
Food is generally good, but the fries were waaaaay over seasoned, so much I could barely eat them. Took forever to get my order (like an hour from ordering till I ate, and I ate quickly). Wings were on point though. I'll try them again but if it is a similar experience, that'll be it.
