The food is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Be prepared to wait unreasonable amount of time for your order. For example today I placed an online skip the line order for a coffee and ended up waiting 20 minutes for it. On a personal note, I went in there to order lunch and had one of the employees openly make fun of my last name. She read it off my employee name tag and was laughing, asking me if I w...
