The staff were very friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful, with gorgeous lighting and seating areas. Amazing tea, best I've ever had. And no, they didn't pay me to write this lol, i just love this place. There's also an outside area in the front. I've been here 3 times in the past 3 months and it's always been closed, even though per their hours it should be open. There are tables outside, the name is mentioned on the building, but no details about the closure. What a joke of a business and a terrible waste of space in one of the city's nicest neighbourhoods.
