Got the worst experience today. Asked the worker about matcha slush. Wanted to order THAT drink but the worker pointed me to the self-service kiosk because they don't accept cash today. That's fine. I waited 20 minutes for my order. When I asked the worker, she said my order was cancelled because they don't have the drink I want and it will be refunded.
