manifest surbook (confirmed by the surrogate that admits to be exceeded) but after an hour of waiting (others were left before the end of the meal) having asked for a carafe of water the bread and butter to help wait, anguish in front of everyone praying to go to lunch elsewhere! gross attitude of the person who is customary.
