"We had a great experience at the Sandbox. We went for dinner and couldn't have been happier with the food and the service we received. We had the opportunity to speak with our host manager, who was exceptional and extremely gracious. The ambience was great and had a very nice vibe to it. We really appreciated the smaller menu, as everything we ordered was well prepared, seasoned and definitely had some unique flavors. Compared with some of the other restaurants on TCI, the Sandbox was fresh and more importantly approachable. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the island and is interested in some tasty food, good wine and a great host! I wish them nothing but the best with their new venture, the Sandbox!"

"Beautiful setting in a hidden area accessible by a winding dirt road off the beaten path. Unless you are a guest here you have the feeling like you stick out like a sore thumb. Staff were courteous enough and food was good but not great. Prices as expected are ridiculous. Win list is even more crazy. Expect at least double of what you would normally pay for a similar bottle elsewhere on the island. Overall it is an experience and if price is not a factor you'll enjoy Amanyara. Note that there is an added 5% resort fee to your check."
