This has been my favorite restaurant for years. Today we found out that it is under new ownership, and we are very sad to find out this unfortunate news. What Barba Mundial doesn't like about Panda Garden Chinese:
The name is no longer panda garden but you're better off going to Panda Express instead. We were sat down in a booth and were ignored for 20 minutes. No one offered us water or any drinks. The place was not even that busy, but it just seemed super disorganized, and they seemed more intent on serving their carry out customers.
