Arby's - Pryor Creek

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed they got orders. I was hesitant when I moved into a long car-duration line, but the cars seemed relatively fast to move. I placed my order, and while he grabbed ketchup, I noticed that there was only 1 order of knitter fries in the bag, looking at the receipt and noticed that he didn't catch when I said 2 apparently. I said there should be two orders from Pommes, so please ring me another one if this is possible. I was hesitant to say something because I didn't want to keep the line, but they got my second order of the Pommes pretty fast. Kudos on the fast service, but my Bacon Beef Cheese Sandwich was a bit... Idk; sloppy, and I didn't eat the whole thing because it fell apart. Oh yes, and the frits lubricated as if the oil was really old; could not finish it either. Otherwise I would have got 5 stars.

More expensive than I want to see, but then again what is not. I want to see that they have an app with offers and offers like the other Fast Food competitors. Eating is good. Service is usually not fast, but ok

Amazing customer service. I have a French dip menu and my au jus sauce wasn't there when I came home. I called and they were happy to fix it immediately and gave me a whole new hot sandwich for the inconvenience.

Great food every time it never fails to hit the spot the meat taste fresh and the cheese is very creamy and the high-ci fruit punch tasted amazing

French dip is amazing, and the roast beef with cheese!
