Excellent restaurant at the hotel in the city center opposite the Cathedral of Christ the Lord. It is important that from 8.00 to 11.00 there are breakfasts for all guests and it is not necessary to be a hotel guest (for such a fixed fee of 900 rubles). The waiters ignore you as if you are not there. When asked why they were ignoring her, she didn’t even apologize, but answered sharply, “well, I came up anyway.” The beer turns out to be “preparing”, so they brought it 30 minutes later.
