The hotels facilities are impressive for a town like Pskov. It is indeed a well situated complex with a well maintained SPA and gorgeous rooms. The restaurant and its' staff, however, we're less than satisfactory. Our drinks took 45 minutes to reach our table, and we waited about an hour for our plates.
