If service & ambience are all that matters for you, then this the place to go. Poor quality of food, be it Indian, Continental or Mughlai. Lot of options to choose from the menu, but none of the dishes that we ordered lived up to its expected standards. The 2.5 rating is only and ONLY for the ambience and service. You should try them once. It's even with the odds. I liked their combinations. A big hotel with a cozy seating. Pondicherry food is truly great
