In my life I have been housed in a place so seedy, so dirty, so old and smelly. I have to say that it was in a family reunion and part of the family was placed there. The food was awful. The rooms so dark, so old, so lacking in cleanliness. They weren't exactly friendly in service either. And to make matters worse, from the room you could see dogs tied up and unattended.
