"I'm not sure I can add much to the 100s of 5 star reviews here. We have been several times and have had amazing service and fabulous food! We have been with a large group and with a small group and he food and service was excellent! The portions are perfect and the atmosphere invites you to eat, enjoy a dessert and an espresso! Reservations are strongly suggested because it fills up so fast but it well worth the time it takes for a little pre planning ! If you are Looking for the best Italian food around La Forchetta is a MUST"

"We love in the Springs and drove to Pueblo for an outstanding meal. The servers were so amazing. We were a party of 15, but each of us were treated as though we were a party of 1! The food was very tasty, soup delicious.A great time at a wonderful restaurant!!"

"Yum! I can see why the reviews are so good. Rolled in on a Monday night at about 6 and Corey S was fast and polite in taking my order. Food and chocolate malt were ready in a short time despite the place being fairly busy. I got the blast furnace burger, hot tots and a chocolate malt. I appreciate that Corey asked me for a temp on my burger. This matters! I also really like that everything is scratch made. The delicious cheese sauce on the tots is clearly homemade and the burger was definitely gourmet. Picture the world’s perfect chocolate malt; that’s what I got! Company dime paid for dinner so I wasn’t too upset about the price. If this was out of my own pocket I probably would have been a little sad. $27 for a small burger, small side of loaded tots and a malt. The malt alone was $7.25. Pricey but high quality. I’d come back."

"Was a busy night, pool tournament going on. I stood at the bar to be served for almost 10 minutes. Didn't have the ingredients for an Old fashion?! Got a neat whiskey. Sat down, seen others getting table service but I was ignored. I ordered my food from the window. With my drink gone I watched several tables come in and sit getting almost instant service. I finally flagged down the server to get another drink. All bartenders/servers were nice once they recognized I was a paying customer. Food, not many options, seems they shut down grill early. Chicken tenders were not bad, not my first choice but it was what they had. Strange though a customer ordered at table and got a hamburger as I wanted and got it before I was able to order."

"Arrived at 530 pm on Cinco De Mayo. Busy busy busy. Was told 25 to thirty minute wait. No problem. Seated at 550 pm had a Margarita before 6 with chips. Good was fantastic and delicious. Wait staff very attentive. I love this place. Thank you ."

"I have been going to Jorge's since about 1990 when it was on Northern. Top level green chili; not gravy like a lot of other places. And make sure to get the chili, as the food is fairly bland without it. I usually get the huevos rancheros. Lots of flavors and not too big on the portions. Tried the Chile relleno recently and it was a bit odd...wrapped in egg rather than battered and deep fried, but still tasty. Table of 7 came to $140, which isn't outrageous... just a little disappointing. Can't be a frequent stop. The margaritas never disappoint. Truly the place to take out of towners if they want a genuine sample of Pueblo. Obama agrees."

"This is the second time that I have been in this chipotle, both males it is extremely clear that this load is being mismanaged. the line is long, they have two people who fill out orders with one on the register. there are two young in the kitchen of the rest fill online orders or stand around, not help at all. it is ridiculous. they can see that there is a long line, but they could take much less care. there is no sense of urgency to help their customers. that is not a Kovid thing, that is bad training, not guidance. if they appreciate their customers, they should be quite in focus to deliver good food good service. this one does not invite it either. they are also often out of the dings. tonight it was the salat dress, around 18:45 o'clock! when you are out of something, give a sign to tell people. the whole reason I stopped at chipotle is because I like the salat dress. but I didn't find out they were out until after my whole order I was waiting 15 minutes in the line. chipotle used to be a cool restaurant, but it has now gone on the hill, it is just like any other almost food place that serves mediocre eating with less than mediocre service."
