Shows the best BBQ in Pueblo, possibly Colorado. The bride was perfect. Moist, just fell apart with big smoke at the slightest train, but not too much. Baby back ribs pulled out of the bone and also had big smoke. Cheesy jalapeno pour hot and very creamy. Mac cheese was great. Everything was dynamite. Ok where to start? The staff were friendly and the atmosphere inside was actually pretty nice. They have a good selection of drinks there which was nice. I ended up getting the brisket with patoto wedges and Mac n cheese. Now for the food the brisket was ok, not the best I've had but it wasn't horrible. The brisket was chewey and tough and could have stayed in the smoker alot longer. The potato wedges were just nasty... read more.
