There are a lot of places to get a hamburger in Vallarta. And I 've paid as little as 30 pesos and as much as 120 pesos for one. ANIMO has a superb burger. All Angus beef, with some delicious homemade condiments (their habañero sauce is absolutely wonderful) and french fries that were prefectly done (crispy on the outside, perfect on the inside and not greasy).
