What User doesn't like about Porfirio's Puerto Vallarta:
We went there because we saw and ad on Facebook saying they would televise the NFL playoffs. When doing the reservation I specifically asked for a table near the TV to watch the game. Once we got to our table I asked for the game and they said they would ask the captain… 1 hour later, they said they would not be able to show it. The worst part was when the waiter started bringing things to our table without us asking... View all feedback.

Food and entire experience was fabulous. Lots of variety in menu options and unique dishes as well.

"This restaurant is located up one flight of stairs on the second floor. I think it's a great little open air spot, and the service was welcoming and attentive. I tried the Tuna Azul Fries with smoked Marlin. A dinner of fries is not my usual fare but hey I'm on vacation. It fulfilled my need to have a little junk food. This dish probably doesn't have enough protein for some people, but still I enjoyed it as a treat to myself from more normal fare. The fries had Gouda cheese, Cilantro, Green Onion, and were drizzled with homemade Mayonnaise. The smoked Marlin was slightly dried and crumbled and this was intentional. It was a yum dinner if you want a dinner just for fun. The cost was $95 Pesos.My friend had 3 Garlic Octopus tacos for $80 Pesos, and she said the Octopus was cooked perfectly. I have to say I would be willing to go back for those fries when I'm in that mood, but also would be interested in trying something different. The menu had other interesting combinations along with some more traditional offerings."
