we were in this hotel and ate in the restaurant corona twice. it is the only restaurant with a separate vegan menu with many options. the service was fantastic and the intentionally spectacular. what I loved most was the artiistic presentation of the meals. the love for detail never went unnoticed. Don't eat them here. there are other places in puerto vallarta that offer vegans; this place does not define. I had appeared on Sunday at 12 noon and asked if they had vegan options. I sat and offered dings that are obviously not vegan (omletten, waffeln.) they said they would normally have a vegetarian menu, but from any reason not at this time.
