We visited PV the 3rd week in July. We had seen good reviews for this restaurant. We were greeted by the owner and chef Roberto, who proceeded to join us and explain his menu. we had the special shrimp appetizer which was wonderful. While the owner seemed like a great guy and was friendly and very kind the fish ( fresh snapper) I had in which came highly recommended by some local boys turned out to be extreme undercooked , I didn't want to be impolite so I did cut around and eat a portion of the edges and payed for it later that evening.
