A traveler's rest stop before starting their ascent to Baguio City. Lots of cars and trucks bound for Baguio park here to rest and eat. Tinoyans is your traditional carinderia. We tried their pinapaitan (cow innards with bile) and Bulalo (beef bones soup) and they were delicious, the cow stomach among other ingredients in the pinapaitan were soft and not chewy at all. Nice stop over for travellers going and coming from Baguio City. Along Marcos Higway between La Union and Benguet Provinces.
Food tastes good, unfortunately the prices are very costly. Not really worth it, unless you're really hungry.
