They have all sorts of grains and nearly everything you need (e.g. tempeh). The only thing missing was coconut milk but maybe I just couldn't find it.
I bought soya yoghurt, oat milk and soya kefir. They had lots of vegan candy, spreads, milks, yoghurts, desserts and everything you need
I was able to buy little packets of oats cereal and small carton of plant based milk. That’s breakfast sorted!
Great variety of vegan chocolates. All different kinds of tofu and seitan sausages and spreads.
I love bio&bio they have everything. I always buy food there and I will always do it.
