"Ordered food off of the paper menu off of the counter and then got the total and paid. A few minutes later I looked at my receipt and noticed I was over charged. When I checked the menu the prices were $3-$4 cheaper then what I paid. When I went to the counter to ask about this they told me they couldn’t update the menu everytime the prices changed and if they refunded me the extra money that they’d have to do it for everyone. They eventually did refund me the difference, but they were very rude about it. The amount I paid for the food wasn’t worth what I got. I will not be returning."

"I go to this Hardee’s frequently. The employees are always nice and everything is typically pretty good. This morning I went through and ordered 2 biscuits along with a platter. When I arrived home I only had one biscuit in the bag. It wasn’t a big deal to me, I called the store and just asked if I could come get the second biscuit tomorrow. While on the phone I heard the employee say “and they’re lying because I’ve bagged every order this morning”. Not sure why I would lie about a $2 biscuit. But ok. Still recommend this Hardee’s and still think the employees are fine. Just remember that there are human beings on the other side of the line as well."

"Yum! This place is a must try BBQ joint. Their meat is oh so tender and their different sauces are quite memorable. We really enjoyed their golden BBQ sauce and the spicy vinegar based one as well. We split a pulled pork platter with potato salad and coleslaw, which was more than enough food for my partner and I. Loved how the slaw was vinegar based and colorful! The beer was very affordable and cold too! Very friendly service and extra points for being dog friendly too! Looking forward to stopping on our next road trip."
