Auf Empfehlung des Kellners hatten wir zum Abendessen den Krustenbraten von der Tageskarte.Die Kombination Krustenbraten mit Spaetzle und Sauerkraut war schon ungewoehnlich. Aber man kann sich ja malueberraschen lassen.Leider war das Fleisch genau das Gegenteil wie es sein sollte.Die Kruste war weich und das Fleisch hart.Die Spaetzle waren fad.Das Beste war noch das Sauerkraut.Schade. read more.
