They do pizza a little diffetently in Peru (the places I have been anyway) there is no tomato sauce. However, the chicken pizza I had here was delicious! Subtle flavours and a thin base made this pizza well worth a visit (if you are staying at Quechas Inka Palace hotel, this place is part of the hotel but open to the public at night).It is out of the Plaza de Armas so not near most other restaurants but if you are at...
