"When we looked around Puno for a cheap lunch, it seemed like another and interesting option; so we decided to try. Especially since they had advertised a business lunch special, we thought it was a fast meal after which we... explore some in front of our bus. It took a while to bring menus by, but we thought we were just a little bit of it when we went to read. At a first glance through the menu I was taken from the shrimp shell. There were about 14 or so different main course options, much for a business lunch, and the rest of the menu was quite confusing, but the a la carte was much more expensive. But it was finally explained that we included a salad, soup, main course, drink and dessert all. But they did not have the shrimps, but I ordered my second choice of noodles without problems. We should have suspected something was wrong with the salad and beverage options. We wanted to fill our own drink from the taps, and the options they had were tea or tea. No cold drinks, no refreshing, no cola or beer or juice; not even water. This selection was disappointing, but not almost as sorry as the salad bar, which only a bunch of unconsistently crushed vegetables, some in enormous sizes and some in small pieces. No dressing on them, nor was any offered; still there were any kind of spices. Just boring vegetables. I could have gone to the market and could do this myself without myself being a professional cook, thank you. Besides, the salad plates were miniscule: nowhere near large enough to make a salad, but I suppose that is that you eat less of it. Well, I paid for my simple boring lazy badly cut vegetables, apparently, so I will eat as many as possible, even if it makes a mess over your table and floor because it is too much on the plate. The next catastrophe was the soup they brought out as we started the salad. Calling it boring would be an understatement. There was no bull, no broth, and no wort of any kind. It was basically simple vegetables in boring water. Seriously? How does anyone think this is acceptable? Did anyone ever cost it on the staff? What was even better was that the vegetables in the soup were even more incompatible than the salad. The potato was boiled and basically completely, and the rest of the vegetables looked absolutely ridiculous in the bowl. After drinking our hot water with floating vegetables and eating our pure vegetables without spices, I asked at this point about the Wifi. It was a while, about twenty minutes, and no one came to gather our plates, so I went up to ask. The waitress just ignored me and left. When I tried a second time, and a third, I was told that I should wait a minute before she rushed away. They didn't do anything. How could they be when there were already a whole three servers for a floating ten people in almost empty space? How difficult would it have been for them to just tell me the password instead of asking me three times and wait ten minutes before someone thought to come and tell me? After twenty minutes waiting for our plates to be taken and the main course to be taken, the waitress came back to tell me that they did not have my noodles. What? So the two dishes on their menu I wanted, didn't they? Not only that, but they waited until I had eaten two courses before they told me they didn't have the second, even though they knew they didn't have the shrimp right away? At this point I was ready to go, but she insisted that I watch the menu and choose something else. What have they, I asked? Oh, just the stew my friend had ordered, a mushroom dish I was allergic to, and the fake meat. On a whole menu they had only three dishes in stock. Why didn't we say that first? Why did no one check when I ordered or before the soups were brought? My friend's stew was okay, but really hard on coriander to the point that none of us really could taste anything else. Maybe this is where the spices went for salad and soup. Okay, but nothing special. The same could be said for my fake meat daily. At least it was not ridiculously difficult on the coriander, but it tasted only of garlic and nothing else. It was brought with a fork and, for an unknown reason, a spoon. I mean, it was quite clear that the kitchen staff was incessant; Maybe they thought it was the noodles and that's why I got a spoon? However, it was practically impossible to eat it without knives for a large chewing, cordy steak-etched piece of tofu-like substance. The cherry above was what it was served: a generous help from a single potato. Unlike half the raw soup, it was dramatically overtaken to the point where it was almost unusable, even if it had disturbed to plant the water in which it was cooked. But guess. They didn't. The lazy attempt on a side salad contained a large amount of tomatoes that still had the trunk in it. Literally is the first rule of preparation of tomatoes for salad in any professional operation, the first thing you do after it is to remove the strain. Why was it there? At least the meal was cheap, was the redeeming function, but after we swallowed it (more simply swallowed than enjoyed), we were offered the opportunity to update deserts for about one dollar. I bite and took the chocolate brew. How could they screw this up? It seems they did. It was hardly a brownie, more a chocolate cake piece and an exceptionally dry one. Pretty tasteless, with little to no chocolate in it, and in any case, no brownie. Brownies should be wet and gooey, but I think I have a better chance to find wet and gooey in the desert than in the brownies here. Definitely not worth the euro. Overall, in a restaurant of ten customers at its busiest, our business lunch over 90 minutes. 90 minutes for a business lunch special. The whole point of a business dinner is that you are able to spend in and out in a 30-45-minute lunch break, not spend over an hour and half on this terrible rude and slow service, and via substandard food. If ever, this restaurant completely strengthens the wrong stereotype that vegans can cook 't and all vegan food is terrible. I don't know, but this restaurant is far from showing that. As we paid, much more than the meal was actually worth before the man on the up excited told us that they have locations around the world and we should visit again. The answer is a solid company, even if they paid me."
