Can't owe this experience, very exciting! Bus got us a little late, but to expect. Was taken to the meeting point in the main office before they are taken to the mountains where the connection is. When we are there, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The gear is in excellent condition. The ziplines themselves are excellent and you can pick up some speed on the longer! "We just got back from Hard Rock and it was a wonderful week. We had been twice before and loved it again. The beach was amazing and my kids loved jumping in the waves. They are building a huge water park but for now there is a little one for younger kids to enjoy. Their staff is friendly and everything was clean and organized. The food could improve for sure but all the resorts seem similar to me. Ana was the absolute best though! She welcomed us, made us our dinner reservations, helped us book covid tests and anything else we needed. She booked us in for the time share presentation and gave us some amazing perks for our time. The massages we got were amazing and the dinner you usually pay for at the casino was wonderful. I had a problem at check out and she ran to my rescue within minutes. Thank you so much Ana!!"
