They need to require guests with kids to have their kids sit in their chairs. They allowed one table and their 4 kids to use the restaurant as a playground. Never in their seats, running all around. The service was extremely slow. I had to ask for still water 3 times. In fact, I had to go find the waiter. She ordered a steak, medium, and it came-out well-done.
