Picked up my daughter from the punta gorda airport this afternoon and she had said before she left Nashville she was hungry and she wanted pizza, mama checked local pizza places and after reading a couple reviews picked Brooklyn Joe’s! We ordered The Works Pizza. We picked it up hot and live close by. It had hardly any toppings, was thin, and mushy! Our appetizers were the same. Bland and overpriced! When my wife and I were originally from the NYC area, we are always looking for great pizza and Italian food. If you're near the PGI, Brooklyn Joe's is a great option. We have often dined there and the food is always delicious. The only downer is that they don't serve single pizza slices after 3pm, but if it's rush after lunch and before dinner, I get it.
I don't know who made your cake tonight, but that was the most authentic East Coast pizza I had in 20 years. Thin crust, perfect distribution of sauce and cheese. Thank you, thank you. Someone knows how to turn a crust. Go on!
The staff is always friendly and attentive. Excellent pizza yeungling on design! I recommend the grandmother with extra garlic.
The first time here. I might have found my new favorite pizza joint in Punta Gorda. Great presentation. Very fresh and clean. Very friendly staff. What a lot on two huge slices and a drink for lunch! Huge menu. Excellent pizza! Come on!
I'm was absolutely blown away by how good their pizza and grinders are I'm new to the area and moved here from Connecticut the pizza capital so I'm picky when it comes to pizza and after moving here iv tried a few other pizza places in the area and none of them came close to being anything close to ct or nyc pizza so after talking with some friend they highly recommend Brooklyn Joe's so I finally tryed it tonight and now I'm mad I didnt find out about it or try it sooner because they definitely know how to make NYC style pzza that tastes authentic and the staff was absolutely awesome and friendly so I would highly recommend Brooklyn Joe's to anyone with out hesitating they definitely have the best pizza in town
