"Loved Litubu my first few experiences. Was my go to beach club! I have photos with Gilligan the resident dog who is a sweet boy! How they run their business and reservation system is absolutely unprofessional. My reservation was cancelled with no prior discussion and my card has a pending $250 fee. I had to reach out to see what was wrong. Ha, they denied my reservation on an assumption I was affiliated with another party that booked similar party size and had cancelled without proper notice. I have no idea what that has to do with me, but my card was charged and is waiting for a refund. Biased cancelations. Read further on owners conduct. You can find better options anywhere else I assure you! I hope they can turn the operations around with feedback, but that doesn’t seem to be the case."
