This place has a magnificent sunset. Margarita was the best margarita I had in my life. The food is good, but it's uneven. Some times is super good other times just ok. I guess it depends on the cook on site. But the 5 stars are for drinks and the amazing view experience. Well done. View all feedback.

I will be short in this review: If you leave Santa Teresa without trying the ceviches and paellas of this place, you would not really visit the city at all. You will also get the perk a nice meal watching the amazing sunset.
We ate fish tacos in California, Baja, Mexico and they're the best. We'd come to Mal Pais to get to Caracolas. It is not touristic, is a beautiful family owned by the beach and the food is only fresh and tasty. The house sauce on the fish tacos was sweet and spicy and the ceviche tropical is also not to be missed.
Fantastic lunch in Caracolas. The food was very fresh, the juices amazing (try the mango and the lemonade), very well visited. They eat in front of a magnificent and preserved beach. It is very quiet and a perfect break from the animated Santa Teresa. Muchas gracias!
Wow. We fell inlove with Caracolas one of our favourite restaurants on . The food is amazing (try the grilled snapper and corvina, tacos and superceviche). The atmosphere is so laid back and the view to the ocean is unmatched. The staff is all extremely nice. The margaritas were terrific and generous. It is a slow paced restaurant so don't come if you're already starving. Set your sights on a 1 2 hour experience at around sunset and you'll have a dream time!
