However, I do have some feedback. The prices are quite high; my basil shrimp cost over $20, and it was mostly rice. There were only six or seven shrimp, while the rest was mainly rice and basil, which were cooked and seasoned wonderfully. But when I pay that much, I expect a bit more shrimp.
Additionally, the service could use significant improvement. If I were rating just the service, it would be closer to two star... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Elephant Shack:
I came over this food truck when I was looking for the gas station. I had tampon tai with huh and garnel, and it was really great! more importantly, the personal was really nice. actually there was something wrong with accessing his online order site via my handy, even worse, I didn't have enough money in cash to buy it. but the personal helped me to order over her handy, but with my credit card info, finally I could... Incredibly vegan (ganesh) pad thai. I also love the veggie stir fry only if they want it vegan. just keep ordering on chow now or the app and it should take about 40ish minutes
A bit expensive for what you get but the food is pretty dang good. I got some kind of steak with rice and it WAS one of my go to meals at the PCC, but unfortunately I think they're closed for the time being. So it appears.
You have to order online, even if you aren't ordering take out. I didn't even receive a confirmation that my order was received...had to ask someone working to make sure. Food was overpriced small portions. It seems like they give extra rice to make up for the lack of meat veggies. We left very disappointed will not be returning!
This place has a horrible ordering system. It is NOT user friendly, you can only order online and have to set up an account with ChowNow (another freaking app), email address required, password and all. I hate this cumbersome process. Update: I'm back for a second time with friends, tried to order, I give up. SUCH A PAIN. Too many other great options to choose from. Peace out
Online order only. The young gal working the front just stood there and stared at us and said nothing. The only food truck at the PCC without a menu to order from in person. This must be a millennial food truck. The most ridiculous and uninviting experience I've ever dealt with.
