I visited Upton Central today for coffee and cake. The owner, Mark, is always friendly and welcoming. The cakes are all homemade and delicious. I tried the Dorset apple cake today, which was light and moist. The atmosphere is lovely, and they provide newspapers to read while sitting on a comfortable sofa or at a table. The delicious food at this restaurant was unfortunately overshadowed by the owner's fashion sense, as he walked around with his pants halfway down his buttocks, exposing his underwear for all to see. View all feedback.
Stopped in for a snack recently and both had a plain scone with jam and cream, which appeared to be homemade and came with copious amounts of jam and cream. The staff are chatty and helpful.
A great place for coffee, breakfast,lunch or just to get away from the High St Costa etc. Lovely independent place, clean tidy, good value for money.
Nice cafe in upton. Small garden area at the back and a few tables out the front. Very comfy couches and chairs. Lots of tasty cakes and plenty of choice of drinks. Free parking.
Always a pleasure. Great food...great service and nothing is ever too much trouble. Excellent !! These guys always make everyone feel welcome. Special orders for allergies are well executed. All the good reasons why we keep coming back.
Lovely place very nicely decorated. The food is lovely and not long to wait for a small place. Love the jukebox in the corner.
