"Tl;dr: Tasty BBQ al fresco in a friendly country setting.I had a real estate photo shoot over by Navarro Mills Lake, and as I always like to support local restaurants, I researched and decided to stop by Big Bo Sherm's BBQ after the job. It's over towards the dam on 667, I blew right past it the first time around. Went to the dam to have a look, they have a nice beach over there, lots of people swimming.Came back and parked in the one spot there. It's a little food trailer next to the house. He's got 4 picnic tables set up under the commodious awning in front of it. I had the chopped beef sandwich with onion and pickle, sauce on the side. It was right tasty with or without the sauce, that's how you know it's quality.Me and him talked about family and old times in the country. And business. He said he used to have Door Dash, but the drivers wouldn't come out to pick up, so he dropped that. You can call in and order and come pick it up yourself, and a feller did just that while I was there. He parked for a short spell in the driveway.I finished up my sandwich, got a refill of sweet tea, and was on my way."
