Nessuno pretende sapori italiani in corea. Ma se vanti di avere il guanciale e sei un cuoco italiano, una carbonara bene o male la tiri fuori. Qui qualità molto alta ma gusti davvero strani, la pasta che ho mangiato non mi ha convinto, e io mi approccio sempre con l'ottica del turista straniero non italiano, non cerco gusti autentici ma anche rivisitazioni interessanti.
