What Elisabeth B doesn't like about The Wharfside Topsy Turvey's:
I have mixed feelings about this place. Owner is super grumpy and unfriendly and sometimes you wait forever for a drink or food. On the other hand they're always open. Their bar bites are actually good but stay away from their pizza! It's the worst View all feedback.

WOW! Beat fries ever! Ruben was one of the best also and the Cuban! Fast service and friendly staff! Top shelf food for PIB! !
