Marissa is amazing. I would go to this restaurant at 4:30 in the morning just to be served by her. She is quick, polite, greeted me with a smile, and truly made my day brighter. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Every single time I go there they forget something. If you know your customer base is people who are half asleep in the morning, you could at least have all their food and drinks ready to give them at the drive thru. View all feedback.
If they are to be open, they should have enough employees to have the drive-thru and lobby open, not only the drive-thru

Coffee was good but There was coffee grounds at the bottom of a cup It was a ice coffee so I sucked up Some
Always messing up my coffee. Everything else is dunkin.
Love love the person who assist or on the counter was she is very polite, awesome with a smile on the face love you lady who ever you are. I feel comfortable to coming back over there again ?
