Service here is NOT good. Maybe inconsistent? But on a weekday not fully packed, and still required to wait, I believe they can do better. Waiters are quite slow to get orders, even slower to get get refills for drinks. Refill machine is non-functioning and not repaired for a long time. Cleanliness is ok. Nando's (alamanda Shopping Centre) from Putrajaya is a suitable bar to a drink after work, and sit with friends or alone, Furthermore, the drinks list in this restaurant is impressive and offers a good and extensive variety of beers from the area and from worldwide, which are definitely worth a try. I've probably been here a thousand times. Their food is good, and so is the service. I'd only watch out if they have big groups or are in the middle of a grill...
