"Si eres un enamorado como yo de la comida del sudeste asiático (occidentalizada), lo mejor que puedes hacer en Trier es ir al Minh´s Bistro. Aunque la localización y el propio restaurante no son de los que enamoran a primera vista, todo queda de lado tras probar la deliciosa comida que preparan en la cocina. Nada realmente fuera de lo común pero todo sabroso y a muy buen precio. Toda pareja ha de tener un restaurante asiático en su relación, esta es mi opción favorita."

"We were there on Sunday with 6 people to brunch and it was really great! Huge selection, all fresh and always warm. super attentive and friendly service, plates were removed directly. When something was empty, it was always filled quickly. Lunch was tastefully very good, a highlight were the noodles from a huge parmesan basket with homemade pesto that were freshly prepared. The Crème Brûlée to Dessert was the hammer. The mousse au chocolat could have been for me with dark chocolate, but is a question of taste. All in all absolutely succeeded and a great address for a Sunday brunch Also the price-performance ratio is top, 17,90€ p.p. including juice and coffee. We are really excited and will definitely come back, now not only for fleas and steaks"

"This is the THE sushi place in town. Just go and have the Mittagsmenü or Abendmenü it will be worthwhile. The quality of the salmon and tuna is very good and you can taste that they are fresh as it gets. The fish/rice ratio is in favour of fish and the whole menü is just nice composed and the best sushi you can get for this price and generally in this town. We very often don't finish the Abendmenü because it is so much, but there is no problem in taking it home. Better reserve before going there or just order to take away. I love this place! (careful, cash only)"
