A pleasant surprise on my trip to Puyuhuapi, delicious, innovative and well thoughtful food. I ate a wild boar with a base of sautéed and vegetables, a wonder. The sauces that put before the meal, exceptional, the porotos with a cibulete and the delicious peas, would function excellently as an accompaniment for any protein.
