This place probably has the best fish and chips in the whole fish market. Generous portions of crispy beer battered fish and the chips are super crunchy. The fish and chips from two other places that I’ve tried at the market are soggy and stale. This place also provides tartare sauce for you so don’t have to worry about paying for sauce! Doyle's have had a fine reputation for excellent seafood for many years. No longer living in Sydney, we do however visit regularly and quite often visit one of the Doyle's restaurants as a reminder of our courting days!
