One of the most known and renowned dairies in Campania, the last mozzarella I ate two days ago, took away my doubts... It's the best mozzarella I've ever tasted. This place was a real disappointment, mozzarella brought in Sicily as a gift because recommended as one of the best, bad and the very high costs. I made a bad figure of my Sicilian friends who knew in Naples that mozzarella are produced. Also I was given two ricottines or aciciottine acide and rancide to risk the botulino. That I tasted too.
