"The gentleman at the front counter was sweet but when inquiring about how much longer the food may take we were informed it was on its way 15 minutes after ordering. After about 20 minutes you can hear the staff chatting in the kitchen that it's only been 15 minutes. They did let us know they only had two fryers and we understood we ordered a lot of fried food. But they were clearly trying to dismiss how long the time may actually have been for us to wait. And was even more rude they were discussing this in the open where anyone could hear. We received our order after 25 minutes for dine in. And we're charged for an additional item we did not order. We understand it's a slower location with a small area to serve but we felt we were being judged for what we looked like as we were passing through town just trying to stop to get a bite to eat."
