classic and traditional restaurant of pleasant atmosphere, located within walking distance of the main square of salamanca. We had a family dinner on a fairly well received outdoor terrace. we tried the following dishes: eggs charros with pharaoh that were very good (we did not know what the pharaoh was and it is a sausage similar to the chistorra or the longaniza, but with a flavor that swells with a touch as years)...
