Quite nice! The coffee was average. Beautiful space, indoor. Didn’t have that much interaction with staff so can’t comment on their attitude. They seemed nice....

"I placed an order for takeaway - I had to hold the line for 5 minutes (which I was completely fine with as I have worked in busy restaurants) after I was taken off hold before ordering she said the eftpos was down so cash only. I told them my order, I asked could I please get the price just so I know how much money to get out before picking my dinner up. Her response "no I'm too busy for this if you want a price you will find out when you get here" i said look I'm sorry I know you're most definitely going to be busy but I really do need a price so I know how much it's going to cost. I haven't got a menu I've got your number off google and you're menu online looks old so I'd like to clarify the price. She hung up the phone. I called back and said if I don't get a price then please cancel off my order as I find this as rude service, I get your busy but you should be giving customers the total price when they call. She didn't end up giving me a price. But I ended up going down and getting my food but very very disappointed with the way I got treated. That was my first and most definitely last time I will be eating from Punjabi hut in Queanbeyan...."

"Nice little arty cafe. Close to the center of town. Good food but a limited number of menu items. Good coffee. Good proximity to free parking. Has toilets and they are well maintained. Close to pubs. Close to shopping."

"With 3.4 reviews we were not confident in our choice of lunch. we went over the front of the pubs and it was quite average. my man wanted to go right away. I convinced him to stay and we were not disappointed. the service was great, with love to detail and a smile. eating was fantastic. wagyu rinderbrisket was amazing, and the muddy cancer and the banana-caster was the next stage. large large portion size in an intimate small restaurant that was nice, clean and had music playing loud enough, they could not hear others speak diners, but with their own table was easy to do. we're coming back."

"My partner and I visited Waters Edge Restaurant for my birthday, and we were far from disappointed. We were provided with a 4-course meal and the food was amazing. The service couldn't have been better either. The waiting staff were always aware of the little things, such as pouring more water and drinks into our glasses, whenever they were getting low. I also asked for a water view by the window, and the staff happily obliged. My partner and I watched the sunset over the lake, which helped conclude a wonderful birthday. Thank you Waters Edge for a magical evening :"

"Tucked away in the sleepy shops of McKellar is Raijin, a small cosy restaurant bringing authentic and fresh Japanese cuisine to the suburbs. Like many hospitality businesses, Raijin’s journey began as a food stall. They appeared at various events and markets in Canberra, before opening their doors in October 2018."
